With regards to the Honda VF750F

First introduced in 1983 the Interceptor VF750F was a model which had no direct competitor, though it had been created from the VF750S Sabre (introduced annually earlier) it radically departed through tradition of merely placing various fairings and handlebars on sport models. It is called the Interceptor V45, like in 45 cubic ins. Honda drove the newest standard of separating sport and standard models. Cycle World Magazine called it bike of period and had a project Interceptor VF750F they chromed and place inside cover. Honda also produced the VF700F to satisfy the 1980s bicycle tariff. This bicycle wound up being changed by the Honda VFR750 in 1986.
