This assembly model is a 1/12 scale reproduction of the Team LCR Honda RC211V from 2006, designed mainly as a display piece for model enthusiasts and collectors.
The RC211V is Honda's 990cc V5 four-stroke prototype that competed in the top class through 2006. The 2006 campaign was the final season for the 990cc specification before subsequent displacement limits were introduced. Team LCR ran a factory-supported RC211V that year; the bike is notable for its unique cowl profiles, triple exhaust routing and the airbox located ahead of the tank.
Characteristic elements reproduced in the kit include the refined front and side cowlings, the three-exhaust assembly and the prominent airbox. New components reflect a seat cowling tailored to the livery, and the paint scheme recreates the white base with red and black transitions used by the team. Cartograf decals are included for the No. 27 scheme associated with Casey Stoner, and several panels are removable using small screws so internal areas can be shown.
The model is assembled in a traditional multi-piece format intended for glue-and-paint construction; part fit and alignment follow the kit's built-in attachment points and the screw-mounted cowling system. The finished model is around 172 mm long and 55 mm wide, suitable for display shelves or 1/12 scale layouts.
A detailed 1/12 representation of the Team LCR Honda RC211V 2006 that prioritises accurate external detail and livery for display-oriented model builders.
