For best durability paint the inside of the polycarbonate shell with paints made for PC; outside painting can scratch more easily during handling.

How do I apply the stickers cleanly?

Clean the surface, align stickers carefully using small tweezers, and press out air bubbles from the centre to the edges for a flush finish.
