What this part does

The Tamiya 15478 Ball Link Mass Damper is a purpose-made weight module for Mini 4WD racers who need better balance over rises and falls in the circuit. Ball link mounting gives a reliable but flexible attachment point under load.

Construction and chassis options

Containing a 6x6x32mm block weight, the damper reduces overall ride height tendency and helps prevent rollovers during fast turns. It is manufactured to fit AR and MA chassis directly. For MS, VS, Super-II, Super XX, Super X and Super TZ-X it can be used with an extra stay sold separately; minor trimming might be required on some frames.
