Front plate designed to shave weight and add stiffness

The Tamiya 15548 Jr 2mm Carbon Wide Front Plate with Sliding Dampers brings carbon fiber construction to your Mini 4WD, lowering mass while boosting rigidity compared with the aluminum plate supplied as Item 15469. The part is etched with "MINI 4WD / HIGH GRADE CARBON" and the Tamiya emblem for a factory look.

Flexible roller and chassis options

This plate supports 9mm, 13mm, 17mm and 19mm rollers to suit different track demands and driving styles. It is compatible with MA, MS, VZ, FM-A, AR, VS and Super-II chassis, although you may need small body or chassis tweaks to achieve the ideal fit.

Using the sliding damper system

To enable the sliding damper function you must use the separately sold Item 15469 Wide Front Sliding Damper. Set the plate with attention to roller alignment to make the most of the carbon plate's lighter profile during cornering.
