This finished parts panel, part of the Masterwork Collection, presents selected components from the Yamaha YZR-M1 Valencia at 1/12 scale for collectors and model researchers.
The Yamaha YZR-M1 campaigned in the 2005 World Championship season underwent a number of developments in Yamaha's four-stroke racing programme. The 2005 updates included a strengthened frame, revised suspension and brake control systems, and an inline four-cylinder 990cc powerplant. The cylinder head layout moved from a five-valve arrangement to four valves per cylinder to enhance top-end performance and efficiency. The Valencia example was finished in a distinctive white and red block livery for that occasion.
Presented as a finished panel rather than a build kit, the product arranges selected parts to demonstrate external shapes and surface detail. Each unit includes an aluminum nameplate and a unique serial number, with components laid out for study and display. The panel is intended to let builders and collectors examine part form without handling a fully assembled model.
An archival-style display panel that preserves the visual arrangement of selected Yamaha YZR-M1 Valencia components, suited to reference use by model makers and collectors.
