The Tamiya 24284 reproduces the iconic Ferrari F40 in 1/24 scale, modelling the Competizione MonteShell specification that contested the 1993 Italian GT Championship. The F40 was originally shown at the 1987 Frankfurt Motor Show and remains a standout GT prototype.

This kit emphasises racing accuracy, reflecting the MonteShell cars that won eight of ten races in 1993. It supplies GT-spec components like bespoke wheels, mirror assemblies, and a race computer decal to give model builders a faithful race-prepped appearance.
