The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren pairs race-bred technology with high-end GT styling. Revealed at the 2003 Frankfurt Motor Show, it was produced through a collaboration between McLaren Cars and DaimlerChrysler and is driven by an AMG-tuned front-mounted 5.5L V8 with a screw-type supercharger, rated at around 626 horsepower.
