Tamiya item 35294 - Italian Self-Propelled Gun Semovente M40 - 1/35 scale Tanks Military Series assembly kit

Through center phases of WWII, the Semovente M40 which mimicked abdominal muscles effective German Sturmgeschutz III were proudly used by Italian forces. Using the Carro Armato M13/40's hull, the Semovente M40 arrived armed with somewhat maneuverable but hardy 75mm howitzer with 50mm thick armor to shield its team. From end of 1941, the M40 was implemented towards hot North African front part and finished up being quickly tossed into action in early 1942 in tank-to-tank battles and supportind duties. The Semovente M40 converted into extremely resilient, and was indeed considered Italy's most challenging tank within North African front part.
