Will this bulkhead change ride height or geometry?

No major geometry shifts are expected since it replaces the A3 bulkhead on the same mounting points. Measure before and after if you need exact alignment for set-up sheets.

Is the black finish anodised or painted?

The component arrives with a black surface finish for protection and appearance; treat it like other aluminium parts and avoid harsh abrasives to preserve the look.

Can I reuse the bearings from my old bulkhead?

The package includes 730 bearings, but you can reuse compatible bearings if they are in good condition. Swap in fresh bearings if you notice play or roughness.
