The Tamiya 50374 Monster Spike Tire 110 offers dependable traction for RC trucks tackling hard-packed tracks and firm trails. They mount to 2.2" truck rims and use a softer rubber to increase surface contact and traction.

Tread Layout and Rubber

A split-V core combined with four staggered spike rows produces a balance between forward bite and lateral stability. The soft compound enhances traction where a firmer tyre would lose contact.

Best Practice for Fitment

Use CA glue to lock the tyre bead to the rim for secure fitting. Proper gluing reduces the chance of the tyre turning on the rim under load.
