Do I need to trim the arches for wider rims?

The shell is supplied untrimmed and not pre-drilled. Use the chassis mounting posts as a template and mark mounting holes once the body is positioned.

What paint should I use on Lexan?

Use polycarbonate specific paints applied in several thin coats. Avoid solvent-based enamels on the inside surface to prevent cracking of the shell.
