Upgrading to the Tamiya 51647 TRF420 aluminum front direct cups gives a neat balance of light weight and toughness. The pair fits a variety of Tamiya chassis such as TA07 MS, TA07 PRO, TRF419, TRF419X, TRF419XR and TRF420, and comes with an anodized finish for corrosion resistance and style.

Compatibility tips for installation

These cups are made to integrate with multiple Tamiya front end layouts. Note that the TRF420 Front Direct Pulley (37T) is required for proper fitting and is available separately under part number 51642. Also prepare two 3x10mm hex screws for securing the cups, which are not supplied.

Reducing unsprung and rotating mass with aluminum cups helps response and traction. The anodized coating adds protection against abrasion while keeping a neat appearance on road or clay surfaces.
