The Tamiya 53366 Aluminium Upper Deck Mount has been made to sit on the TG10 chassis and increase torsional stiffness for improved on-track consistency. The alloy build reduces unwanted flex so steering inputs feel more direct.

This aftermarket upper deck mount strengthens the TG10 without adding unnecessary bulk. The raw aluminium finish offers a tidy, long-lasting surface that stands up to regular club running.

What items are supplied with the mount?

Included are one aluminium gearbox mount, two 3x10mm flathead machine screws, two 3x14mm roundhead machine screws, and a single 3x14mm roundhead self-tapping screw.

Can I use this on older chassis versions?

Because the part is tailored to the TG10 geometry, retrofitting to other or older chassis may require drilling or trimming and is not guaranteed.

Will this affect weight distribution?

The alloy adds a small amount of mass high on the chassis which can slightly alter balance; many racers find the tradeoff worth it for added stability.
