The Tamiya 54579 kit fits a number of established Tamiya frames. It is suitable for DT-03 and DT-02 platforms (which commonly take 14 bearings) and is also compatible with WR-02, WR-02G and WT-01 setups that use 16 bearings, so it covers many hobby setups.
