Precision steel mounts to tighten TT-02 Type-S handling

The Tamiya 54634 Steel Suspension Mount Set is made for the TT-02 Type-S platform and gives a solid foundation for suspension tuning. The components let hobbyists change front and rear mounting points and explore setup changes aimed at better cornering and control.

Better balance and control on the circuit

Fitting these steel mounts makes suspension responses more consistent, and the design accepts rebound stoppers which can further tune behaviour (sold separately). The rear plate incorporates a fixed 3-degree toe-in to aid directional stability during fast sections.

Note that suspension arms and uprights are not supplied. On a stock TT-02 chassis additional items such as front and rear damper stays (Items 54632 and 54633) and suitable oil dampers (for example Item 42102) are required to complete the installation.
