Carbon rear stay to sharpen M-08 response

The Tamiya 54890 M-08 Concept Carbon Damper Stay (Rear) replaces the softer resin piece with a 3mm-thick carbon fiber plate for firmer support at the rear damper mount. The added stiffness helps the chassis react quicker to driver inputs.

Adjustable mounting for fine setup work

This rear stay provides six mounting holes on each side, giving more options than the original kit component. That extra adjustability lets you tune anti-roll behaviour and damper lever angles to suit different surfaces and driving techniques.

Fitment and included fittings

Specifically shaped for the M-08 Concept chassis, the stay ships with the required fittings for installation: two 5mm ball connector nuts, two 5.5x1mm spacers, and two 3x10mm screws for an easy swap.

Will a carbon stay make the car more twitchy?

It firms the rear end, which can feel sharper. Small changes to damping and roll bars are usually enough to regain predictable balance.
