Scale realism from the Tamiya Mercedes-Benz Arocs 4151 kit

The Tamiya Mercedes-Benz Arocs 4151 captures the appearance and basic functions of a real tipper in a 1/14 package. It is aimed at modellers who want an operational truck bed together with true-to-life styling cues.

High quality moulded parts and a solid bed frame

Careful injection-moulding reproduces cab features like side rails, mirrors and the visor with accurate proportions. The tipper section mounts to a metal subframe for added strength and a reliable base for upgrades.

Engine and gearbox layout

A TR mighty-tuned motor (35T) propels the twin rear axles and the 3-speed gearbox replicates realistic shifting. Note that a 4-channel transmitter and additional electronics are required and sold separately.

Robust chassis and working suspension

The chassis uses aluminium side channels with resin cross members to balance stiffness and serviceability. Metal leaf springs and friction dampers give stable handling, and you can fit an MFC-03 or MFC-01 unit to bring lights and engine sounds to life.

My first time bought 1/14 Tipper Truck Arocs 4151 8x4 from RCJaz ..Good pakaging and fast delivery.Awesome rhank you
This model performs best on firm, level ground such as packed dirt, concrete or compact gravel. It is not designed for extreme off-road conditions.
Common upgrades include stronger servos for tipper control, a beefier ESC for motor reliability and metal drives where extra durability is required. Choose parts rated for the kit's weight.
Regularly check leaf spring mounts and friction dampers for wear. Keep pivot points clean and lightly lubricated, and replace worn parts to maintain predictable handling.
