Simple service for Tamiya Spray-Work gear

Protect your Tamiya Spray-Work airbrush with the Tamiya 74548 Spray Work Air Brush Cleaning Set. This compact kit offers targeted tools to remove paint residue from tight bores and cups so your airbrush stays responsive for fine finishing work.

Purpose-built brush pair

The cleaning set supplies two brushes tailored to common maintenance tasks. An extra-fine brush with durable PBT bristles and a stainless steel wire stem gets into very narrow openings like the nozzle. The standard brush has a stainless steel stem shaped for a firm grip and is ideal for cleaning the paint cup after each use.

Practical sealant and grease

Included are a 3 g sealant and a 7 g high-viscosity grease. The sealant helps stop small leaks around the nozzle base and remains non-solidified so it can be cleaned away if needed. The grease is applied to the trigger button stem to maintain smooth action and reduce wear.

Nozzle spanner for careful removal

A nozzle wrench completes the set and is made to work with Tamiya Spray-Work airbrushes. It enables controlled removal of the nozzle without damaging threads or the nozzle face.

Highly recommend seller. A great place to shop from any where in the world.
Yes. The extra-fine brush has a thin stainless steel wire stem and PBT bristles designed to access the narrow nozzle bore for removing trapped paint.
The 3 g sealant seals small gaps around the nozzle base to prevent air leaks. It stays workable and can be wiped off during deeper maintenance so you can reapply as needed.
The included wrench is shaped to remove the nozzle without deforming it. Use gentle, steady force and ensure threads are free of grit before unscrewing.
Only a small smear is required on the trigger button stem. Excess grease can attract dust and affect movement, so apply sparingly and wipe away any surplus.
