Slimline Nissan GT-R Body for 1/10 Touring Cars

This Nissan GT-R shell focuses on weight reduction to give 1/10 on-road racers better responsiveness through corners. The package includes a full sticker sheet and masking stickers to help produce accurate window lines and graphics. It is suitable for most 1/10 touring chassis but will not fit chassis with wide tread spacing without modification.

Do I need to trim the body to fit my mounts?

Some touring chassis require minor trimming around the posts or wheel arches. Trial-fit the shell on your chassis first, mark mounting points, then trim carefully with a hobby knife or scissors.

What paint should I use on polycarbonate?

Choose paints specifically made for polycarbonate bodies and spray thin, even coats on the inside. The included masking stickers will protect windows and help keep paint lines tidy.

Is additional reinforcement needed for racing?

The lightweight polycarbonate is strong for typical on-road use, though some racers add small clear tape patches at stress points or reinforce around mount holes if they run hard impacts.

Will decals sit flat on curved panels?

Take care when applying decals to curved areas: warm them slightly and smooth from the centre out. The decal sheet supplied is cut for the GT-R shapes, which helps alignment.
