TS-37 Lavender Aerosol for Model Panels

Tamiya TS-37 Lavender is supplied in a 100ml spray can and uses a synthetic acrylic lacquer that spreads smoothly across large surfaces. It is commonly used on plastic model car bodies at scales like 1/24 to achieve a uniform colour with rapid drying between coats.

Suitable Substrates and Layering

This lacquer works over many hobby paints, including acrylics and enamels, so you can apply it after earlier colour layers. That makes it handy when you are building or touching up kits that already have a base coat.

Preparation and Spraying Hints

Wipe parts to remove dust and oils before spraying and shake the can well to mix the lacquer. Keep the nozzle about 30 cm from the part and use light, overlapping passes rather than a single heavy spray to reduce runs and get a consistent finish.
