The Tamiya 86042 - PS-42 Translucent Yellow spray has been developed for polycarbonate RC car bodies to deliver a translucent yellow tone that maintains detail. Each 100ml can supplies enough paint to achieve several light layers, ideal for finishing multiple bodies or building up richer colour.

Practical Spraying Guidance

Maintain roughly 30cm distance when spraying and apply short bursts to keep control. Paint the interior surface first and let each coat harden before adding another. This stepwise approach reduces the chance of pooling and helps create an even surface.

Chemical Resistance and Suitability

Tamiya PS-42 shows solid resistance to oil and fuel, so it is appropriate for use on gas or nitro powered cars. Properly applied coats will stand up to routine track use and exposure to common fuels.
