The Tamiya 92230 Aluminum Heat Sink Bar Set is a practical upgrade for RC enthusiasts running DF-03 chassis. This kit supplies three silver anodized aluminum rods that enhance heat transfer, and you can remove one or more bars to adapt the cooling to your driving style and conditions.

Beyond looks, these bars improve thermal performance by channeling heat away from the gearbox area. Fitting them to the gearbox plate helps limit overheating and keeps the motor running more reliably under sustained loads.

Compatibility Details and Sizing

Intended mainly for the DF-03 chassis, the bars also fit M-03, M-04, and M-05 setups when used with the Tamiya M-05 Aluminum Motor Plate (Item 54184) or the silver model (Item 92232). Each bar is 29mm long with a 7mm diameter for accurate fitment.
