The Tamiya 94648 Proto-Saber JB Special Kit updates the classic Mini 4WD experience with a Super I chassis that balances durability and adaptability. Two distinct body shells let you change the look quickly, while the fiberglass-reinforced A parts strengthen critical areas for longer service life.

Artwork inspired by "Let's & Go!" decorates the packaging, with each box edge forming part of a larger scene to entice collectors. A normal motor is included, but the kit needs two R6/AA/UM3 alkaline batteries to operate, sold separately. Optional paint and basic modelling tools allow further personal touches during assembly.

Which batteries power the model?

This kit runs on two R6/AA/UM3 alkaline batteries. They are not supplied with the kit, so plan to buy them separately.
