The Tamiya 95027 JR Liberty Emperor Premium captures the classic Liberty Emperor look from the "The Wind Racer! Otokogi" series and delivers it in a compact 1/32 Mini 4WD kit. The model balances faithful styling with a Super-II chassis that offers sensible stability and room for modest setup changes.

Chassis construction and body details

The Super-II frame is produced in white ABS to provide a tough base for the Liberty Emperor bodywork. Black A-parts contrast with the white chassis, and the kit fits white, large-diameter narrow lightweight wheels with black arched tyres. The bumper and rear stay include several mounting holes for different accessory layouts.

Drive components and modification notes

Supplied with a Type 130 motor and a 4.2:1 gear train, this kit is ready to run after battery fitting and assembly. It is often treated as a display model, but the Super-II platform accepts common upgrades for improved pace or endurance. Metallic stickers are included and two AA batteries are required but not supplied.
