The Tamiya 95294 Max Breaker CX09 Black Special revives the spirit of the 94689 design on the Super X chassis. Carbon-reinforced nylon resin components add resilience while the broader tyre stance and longer wheelbase help keep the car planted during fast laps.

Chassis Build and Appearance

The Super X platform is built from carbon fiber reinforced nylon, offering a solid yet lightweight foundation for racing or shelf display. The A-parts come in metallic gray ABS and the body shell is moulded in smoke-coloured ABS for a subtle finish.

Tyres and Wheel Setup

This model uses large black carbon fiber reinforced nylon wheels fitted with hard white slick tyres, giving a streamlined look and consistent grip on typical track surfaces. The supplied 4:1 gear ratio balances acceleration and top speed for circuit work.

Kit Assembly and Power
