The Tamiya 95419 Aero Manta Ray Black Special brings retro Manta Ray styling into a compact 1/32 Mini 4WD format. The Smoke-coloured ABS body mounts to the AR chassis, designed to accept modifications while keeping the model durable during frequent track use.

Key Traits of the AR Chassis

The AR chassis focuses on durability and practical race performance. Its aerodynamic channels allow continuous airflow to help cool the motor and batteries under load. The construction includes air intakes and low-friction plastic bearings to limit energy loss, and it offers a removable under-panel and diffuser plus a rear skid bar that reduces friction on long straights.

Component Details and Tuneability

Out of the box, the Aero Manta Ray includes fluorescent orange 6-spoke wheels and large super-hard black low-profile tyres with white lettering for a crisp look. A Type 130 motor drives the model via a 4.2:1 gear ratio. Two AA batteries are required but not included, and the kit supports Grade-Up Parts for further performance tuning.
