The Tamiya 95633 Neo VQS Polycarbonate Body Special mounts a lightweight polycarbonate shell on the VS chassis, offering an easy canvas for painting and decals while keeping the overall mass low for better track response. Design Notes on the VS Chassis

The VS chassis features a compact footprint with reinforced bumper and rear stay mounts to improve toughness during impacts. It uses low friction 620 plastic bearings molded in POM to reduce drivetrain drag, and durable ABS parts form the core structure. The included 3.5:1 gear ratio provides a solid starting point for race tuning.

Tuning and Parts Compatibility

This edition comes with black carbon reinforced Y-spoke wheels and white low-profile, small-diameter tyres in a hard compound that favours longevity. A Type 130 motor is supplied, and a broad range of Grade-Up Parts can be fitted for tailored performance. Note that two AA batteries are required and not included.
