7075 aluminium rear link for BB-01

This aftermarket rear swing arm pull rod is produced for TAMIYA BB-01 use and manufactured by GPM as BBX05657. The component is machined from 7075 aluminium to balance tensile strength with controlled mass, and its profile aligns with the original ball-post so it works with the stock suspension geometry.

The design includes an arcuated contact surface at the steel pivot ball interface to help keep the pivot ball seated during dynamic loads, reducing unwanted pop-outs. Together with a durable anodised finish on the 7075 material, the rod is intended to give consistent pivot response and improved rear feedback under spirited driving.

To install, remove the OEM rear pull rod on a BB-01 and fit this replacement, confirming correct ball-post alignment and thread engagement before final tightening. As a tuning part it may alter rear roll centre and responsiveness, so recheck alignment and test in small steps to evaluate handling changes.
