This adjustable main shaft from GPM is made for TAMIYA CC01 vehicles, combining an aluminium 6061 T6 shaft body with hardened steel #45 cross head pieces to lower inertia while keeping the head robust under load.
The universal swing shaft cross head expands steering sweep and can help maintain tyre contact in narrow lines. The head is pinned to keep the assembly secure, and white silicone o-rings provide isolation between the head and the alloy body. Because the design is based on an on-road shaft geometry, the adjustable length range is limited.
Technical details note a total shaft length of 152mm and suitability for longer CC-01 chassis with a 265mm wheelbase. The package lists white silicone o-rings in two sizes as included items.
Ideal when you need reduced rotating mass and a hardened cross head for increased steering angle on long-wheelbase CC-01 crawlers; double check fitment before install.
