This aftermarket CVD shaft set is engineered for Tamiya CC-02 builds of the MERCEDES-BENZ G500. Replacing cross-type axles with CVD swing joints gives a more direct transfer of drive to the hubs while using a mixed aluminium and steel construction to keep weight down where it matters.

Intended for scale drivetrain applications on the CC-02 platform, these parts carry torque from the gearbox out to the wheels. The design places 6061-T6 aluminium in lower-load sections with hardened steel at pivot and pin zones to improve strength without excessive mass.

Ideal for CC-02 scale trail or crawler projects where you want reduced axle compliance and a crisper power delivery to the wheels.
