Stiff aluminium shock towers for CC-02

This is a machined aluminium front and rear tower set specified as an upgrade part for the Tamiya CC-02 chassis, intended for RC-scale hobby use.

As machined aluminium components, the towers provide a firmer anchoring point for shocks while preserving the stock chassis layout. They are aimed at 1/10 scale CC-02 based crawlers where a metal option is preferred over factory plastic towers.

Fitting follows the CC-02 tower mounting pattern; the towers swap in at the standard locations and use the chassis' existing holes. Ensure correct alignment, secure with suitable screws, and check shock eyelet seating. Thread locker may be used on metal fasteners according to workshop practice.

Note on handling: the increased rigidity of aluminium towers reduces local flex at the mount points and will alter suspension behavior; expect to retune shock lengths, spring rates or mounting positions for the desired performance.
