These RC hub adapters are produced as two black anodised aluminium parts for TAMIYA Thunder Shot, Thunder Dragon, Fire Dragon and Terra Scorcher chassis and carry the model code JR-TFD11-BK. They are intended as an upgrade to standard plastic hubs to improve repeatable wheel seating for setup and fine tuning.
The part is compatible with the standard TAMIYA wheel hex configuration used on the listed models and installs with the original wheel retention method without extra aftermarket fittings. By providing a firmer mating surface between wheel and hub, the adapter helps reduce play and sustain alignment during driving.
