Aluminium 25T saver and steering tie rod for CW-01

This hi-torque aluminium servo saver and paired aluminium tie rod are intended for use on the Tamiya CW-01 (Lunch Box) chassis and are sold together as a matched upgrade. The metal saver reduces flex compared with plastic units and cuts out lost motion, while the aluminium tie rod gives a firmer connection from servo to steering knuckle.

Built to a 25-tooth servo interface, the saver suits many hobby servos that use 25T splines. The aluminium design focuses on consistent steering feedback and stiffness. Always confirm spline compatibility and that the servo horn clears surrounding parts for your CW-01 setup before final fitment.

Fitment steps: remove the original plastic saver, align the 25T spline to the servo output shaft, fit and secure the servo horn, then connect the aluminium tie rod and check full steering travel for any binding. Maintain a small specified free-play to prevent direct shock transfer to the servo.

Setup advice: this upgrade tightens steering feel; if you notice extra return forces or binding, adjust horn position and link length and use small transmitter trims to fine tune centering.
