This graphite front shock tower is an aftermarket hop-up created to replace the stock front tower on TAMIYA DF-03 SSG setups, giving a firmer anchor for the front suspension. The DF03-09/SG piece raises stiffness at the shock top plate while keeping original suspension geometry intact.

Compatibility: made for DF-03 SSG chassis types and commonly used on Dark Impact style shells that retain the DF-03 SSG bolt pattern. It fastens to the factory points and pairs with your existing shocks and top mounts so you can assess handling changes without a full shock overhaul.

On-track effect: moving from a flexible plastic tower to a graphite plate reduces unwanted top-end flex, which refines steering input and evens load transfer when braking into corners. Expect a different front-end feel and consider small changes to shock oil or spring rate to fine-tune handling.
