Can I use this on a converted DT-03 4WD?

If your conversion keeps the stock servo mounting area it should fit. Custom conversions that relocate the servo will require a tailored mount.

Does the colour change strength?

No. The light blue anodised layer is cosmetic and protective only; it does not alter the mechanical strength of the aluminium part.

Should I reuse original screws?

Original screws are usually fine, but replacing worn fasteners with fresh grade hardware can improve long term reliability.
