F104 graphite main for precision tuning

The F104-13/WO graphite main is a purpose-built hop-up that fits the Tamiya F104 chassis range. It replaces the factory main plate while keeping the original mounting points to adjust the chassis stiffness without changing the layout geometry.

Graphite construction delivers predictable flex and increased structural rigidity. Replacing the stock main with graphite changes load distribution along the chassis, a useful effect when tuning understeer and oversteer on carpet or tarmac tracks.

Fitting is simple for experienced F104 builders: remove the original main, slot the graphite plate into the existing mounts and check clearances around the servo and wiring. Tighten fasteners to spec and re-verify suspension geometry after assembly.

Tuning tip: use the graphite main together with spring rates, sway bars and ride height to dial handling. Its main contribution is to mid-corner stability and transient feel, so adjust incrementally and evaluate on track.
