Front knuckle overview

This front upright is a machined aluminum replacement made to suit TAMIYA 1/10 scale Hornet, Grasshopper, Wild One, F104 and F103 kits. Finished in black anodize, it replaces the stock plastic upright to give a stronger anchor for hub assemblies and steering links.

The item is compatible only with the models named above. It is designed to be used alongside the kit's existing hubs, linkages, and hardware; inspect mating parts and bearings for wear and ensure proper fit before final assembly.

In tuning sessions the aluminum knuckle reduces steering slop and offers a repeatable reference for alignment and suspension setup. Its neutral geometry makes it suitable for general hobby use and setup tuning tasks.
