This GPM servo saver is an aftermarket steering protection component for the TAMIYA GF01 chassis. The assembly uses an aluminium hi-torque body mated to a steel tie rod to give a tougher linkage than standard plastic parts while preserving the saver function that protects the servo.
Marked 25T to match standard 25-tooth servo horn splines, the GF025STM interfaces with common 25T horns on many servos. Its purpose is to limit shock load to the servo and maintain consistent steering geometry through setup and use.
Installation replaces the factory saver and tie rod on GF01-compatible steering setups; perform simple alignment checks and confirm sweep to avoid binding. This is a practical upgrade for club racing or regular trail use where metal components extend service life.
