This front bumper absorber is an aluminium replacement made for the Tamiya Honda City Turbo WR02C platform, sold as one set with the model number WRC2330F. It swaps into the same mounting points as the original to change front-end stiffness without altering the chassis layout.
Its purpose is to absorb frontal impacts and shift how load is transferred at the nose, which can change vehicle reactions over kerbs and during light contact. The aluminium construction trades some compliance for improved wear resistance and a firmer impact feel.
