Stiffer front knuckle for TAMIYA chassis

This red-anodized aluminium front upright is supplied as a replacement for TAMIYA Hornet, Grasshopper, Grasshopper II, Fast Attack Vehicle, Wild One, F104 and F103 chassis. It preserves the original mounting geometry while replacing the factory plastic knuckle with a metal component for a firmer connection.

Fitment uses the existing chassis mounting points: remove the original piece, move over any hinge pins or bushings the model requires, and secure the new upright. The listed models should not require chassis modification, but always check steering linkage clearance during installation.

In service the aluminum construction offers reduced flex and more consistent steering feedback under load; pair the upright with suitable tires, shocks and alignment settings to optimise front-end behaviour on smooth or packed surfaces.
