Are these direct replacements for stock parts?

Yes. The JR-CBR-TM-022 bearings are made to match the stock 54002 fit and drop into the same locations on the chassis.

Will these change handling?

Reduced drivetrain friction can make throttle response crisper and lower rolling resistance, which can subtly affect corner exit speeds.
