The JAZRIDER JR-THS10-RD is a purpose-built aluminum battery clamp for Tamiya Hotshot and Super Hotshot 1/10 electric kits, anodized red to match popular hop-up items. It replaces the OEM battery retainer to keep the pack secure whether you are on the track or driving off-road.
Fitting is quick for hobbyists used to Hotshot chassis layouts; the clamp seats the battery in the bay and fastens to the model's original mounting points so pack placement remains consistent. Standard hobby drivers are sufficient for installation and routine checks.
From a setup perspective the clamp reduces unwanted battery shift that can change handling, preserves a fixed battery location for controlled testing, and speeds swap times in practice sessions. Use common strap trimming and placement adjustments when refining front/rear balance.
