Light blue aluminium ball diff compatible with TAMIYA

This aluminium ball differential system is a scale RC driveline part compatible with TAMIYA FF02, M03, M03L, M03M, M04L and M04M chassis types. The component has a light blue anodised aluminium finish and replaces factory plastic or steel diff housings where ball diffs are supported.

Operationally the unit gives a consistent seating surface for the diff balls and allows the differential behaviour to be tuned using shim stacks and clutch adjustments commonly used on TAMIYA ball differentials. It is intended to fit into the existing diff assembly without changing motor, gearbox or electronics setups.

Installation tips: ensure the factory diff cups are correctly aligned and that spur gear mesh is set, apply thread locking to metal fasteners when specified, and avoid overtightening which can preload bearings. Maintenance should include cleaning gears and bearings and checking the ball and race surfaces for wear signs.
