Precision aluminium knuckle arms for the M03M

This set of aluminium front knuckle arms is an aftermarket hop-up for the Tamiya M03M chassis. The pale blue anodised finish gives a neat visual upgrade while the metal construction reduces the play you get from stock plastic knuckles, offering more consistent steering inputs during practice and racing.

Compatibility: ensure the car is the M03M variation before installing these parts. They are designed to replace the factory front knuckle arms and mate with the existing wheel hubs and steering links used by the M03M layout. Do not attempt to install on non-M03M configurations without checking each interface first.

Fitting advice: detach the front hubs and steering links, replace the stock arms with the aluminium units, and where possible reuse original fasteners to preserve geometry. After fitting, check for binding through full suspension travel and confirm adequate clearance for servo arms and half-shafts. Fine adjustments to turnbuckle length might be necessary to keep toe and steering centring correct.

Handling notes: switching to aluminium reduces steering component flex and can deliver a sharper initial steering reaction and better alignment retention under load. This is particularly useful when you are running quicker turn-in setups or firmer front damping; always validate the change at low speed before pushing hard.

In most cases the original bearings and spacers are compatible; confirm that bearing seats and hub clearances remain correct after installation.
By reducing flex you may notice a slightly higher load on the steering servo under heavy cornering, so check servo performance and trimming after fitting.
They maintain geometry more rigidly than plastic arms, which can keep toe and camber steadier under load but may need small turnbuckle tweaks to match your previous settings.
