M05 graphite steering replacement

This graphite steering plate is an aftermarket hop-up for the Tamiya M05 chassis sold as model M05-25/WO. Made from graphite, it replaces the OEM steering plate to raise structural rigidity at the steering assembly and provide a steadier steering response during setup and running.

The plate is compatible with M05 kits that retain the standard steering geometry. Fitting is straightforward: remove the original steering plate, move over linkages and hardware to the graphite piece, then verify alignment and neutral steering. It is designed as a chassis tuning part for 1/10 on-road models.

On-track tuning will change slightly because the stiffer plate redistributes steering forces; adjust toe and Ackermann to restore your preferred handling. Consider this a service and setup upgrade rather than an electronics or servo/ESC replacement.
