Front shock for MF01X tuning

This aluminium front adjustable spring damper is designed to fit the TAMIYA MF01X front end and is supplied as a 1pr set for RC-scale suspension upgrades. At 53mm length it suits compact front assemblies used on 1/10 on-road vehicles and provides a solid aluminium body for consistent handling.

Intended as an upgrade part for setup refinement rather than a straight replacement, the damper lets you alter spring preload and basic damping characteristics on MF01X layouts that accept 53mm front units. Fitment uses standard shock mounts; confirm top cap and lower mount spacing and use basic tools during installation.

Specifications

  • Item: Front adjustable spring damper
  • Material: Aluminium
  • Model Number: MF353F
  • Compatibility: TAMIYA MF01X
  • Length: 53mm
  • Quantity: 1pr set

Fit this damper when you need tighter front-end response and more predictable rebound on MF01X road rigs; pair with appropriate springs and check for clearance during trial assembly.

If your MF01X uses 53mm front shocks it should fit, but measure your top cap to lower mount distance to be sure.
The damper body is aluminium for reduced weight and consistent thermal behaviour under running conditions.
No special tools are required beyond common hobby tools; standard shock mounting hardware and a small spanner or hex drivers are usually enough.
