This aftermarket aluminium plate fits the TAMIYA T3-01 Dancing Rider and is identified as model T3038A. Manufactured as a single-piece machined plate, it replaces the factory plastic to offer a firmer mounting surface for the gearbox and a reliable base for tuning adjustments.

The design prioritises structural reinforcement and tuning stability over geometry changes. It installs into the T3-01 gearbox bay and gives a stable reference for setting spur alignment, pinion mesh and gearbox preload. Machined aluminium reduces flex at gearbox anchor points when compared to the original polymer part.
