This upgrade set swaps the OEM rear drive parts on the TAMIYA T3-01 DANCING RIDER for a one-piece stainless shaft and aluminium hex adapter arrangement made for hobby use. The kit transfers drive from the rear gearbox to the wheels and increases track width by 2mm when fitted.

The one-piece stainless steel shaft improves resistance to bending and wear versus split or thin stock shafts, and the aluminium hex adapters align with standard wheel hubs. The package includes screw shafts and stainless locknuts to secure the fit and reduce slop under torque.

Fitment notes: the assembly connects to the rear gearbox output and standard T3-01 wheel hubs. Ensure thread faces are clean, fit the supplied screws and locknuts to set preload correctly, and re-check wheel alignment after a short test run.
