Steering tree cap stabiliser for T3-01

This aluminium tree cap stabiliser with Speedo is an aftermarket replacement intended for the TAMIYA T3-01 scale chassis, supplied by GPM as model T3017A. It links the front steering shaft to the damper mount to limit lateral movement and help maintain precise steering geometry while cornering and during setup runs.

The unit ships with one tree cap stabiliser with Speedo and a single stainless steel round head screw 3x8 for installation. To install, locate the stabiliser at the tree cap position and secure with the provided 3x8 screw, ensuring the steering shaft and damper mount rotate freely and do not bind. Use a hex driver and avoid over-tightening the screw.

Consider this part a chassis tuning aid: small changes in mounting position and screw tension will alter steering return and feel, so adjust incrementally and test on a consistent surface to log the impact on handling.
